TARTAN FABRIC

Tartan Fabric is particularly associated with Celtic countries, especially Scotland, although was invented by an Englishman. Tartan Fabric consists of crisscrossed horizontal and vertical bands in multiple colors. Scottish kilts almost always have tartan patterns.
